The JCR

The JCR

The JCR (Junior Common Room) is the main student body at Mary’s and membership is available to all students. MCR members are automatically members of the JCR too. The JCR is led by the JCR president, who in 2026-27 is Finn Knight. They run lots of events throughout the year, and also deal with all the clubs and societies at Mary’s.

For information about what sports and societies are available, what arts there are at Mary’s, and even how to set up your own club or society, visit JCR’s Instagram here. There’s also information on welfare and safety on Welfare at Mary’s Instagram here.
